General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 - Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all commercial relationships between InterMadinah (hereinafter "the Seller") and any professional customer (hereinafter "the Buyer") making a purchase on the website intermadinah.com.

Article 3 - Products

The products offered are authentic products from Medina and Saudi Arabia: dates, spices, incense, henna, sidr, siwak, ihram, prayer rugs, etc. The essential characteristics, prices, and packaging of each product are indicated on the product sheets.

Article 4 - B2B Orders

Orders are reserved for professionals and distributors. A minimum quantity of 10 kg per order is required (1 kg minimum per product). The customer must provide a SIRET number or equivalent professional identification.

Article 5 - Prices

Prices are indicated in EUROS EXCLUDING TAXES, excluding delivery charges. Discounted rates are applied based on the quantities ordered. VAT is applied according to current legislation.

Article 6 - Payment

The accepted payment methods are:

  • Credit card (via secure Stripe)
  • Bank transfer (upon request for large orders)

Payment is due at the time of the order.

Article 7 - Delivery

Products are shipped directly from Medina, Saudi Arabia, via the carrier SPL (Saudi Post Logistics). Delivery time: 5 to 12 business days depending on the destination. 57 destinations covered worldwide.

Article 8 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply between professionals (B2B sale). Any validated order is firm and final.

Article 9 - Warranties and Claims

Any claim must be made in writing to intermadinah2@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt. Supporting photos are mandatory in case of damaged product.

Article 10 - Personal Data (GDPR)

The data collected is used solely for order processing. See our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 - Disputes

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 12 - Modification of GTC

InterMadinah reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. The version in effect is the one published on the site on the date of the order.
